The Book (We’ll call it the Smarter AI book for now…)
I’ve spent months building and literally breaking everything I can with AI. Now, I am using that experience to help small and medium sized business owners—or people like you—who want to learn to use AI more effectively, be able to do so in the time it takes for a short flight.
This isn’t just a bunch of prompts. This isn’t a bunch of BS promises. It’s certainly not magic. It’s my hard work, struggles, frustration, and a more significant amount of hair loss than I needed, all boiled down into one short read.
What’s In It

Why I’m Writing It
Honestly, it’s because I’ve been asked for this information several times. Former professors. Consulting clients. Friends. Direct reports.
All people who saw the value of AI, but have gotten caught up in the hype, provided false security by the tone, sucked into the ‘magic’, and been spit out more confused, lost, frustrated, and not knowing where to turn for answers. Because AI is hard to control. It’s hard to get it to reproduce consistent outputs.
I’m a systems guy. Since I was a kid, I wanted to know how things ticked. When I chose to start an AI-enabled business, I attacked it like I did my parents’ VCR in the 90s when it didn’t want to rewind properly. (That’s a story for another day…) I tinkered until I figured out how to use AI in a systematic way. One that provided the answers I actually wanted. Repeatedly. One that could validate without being a ‘yes man’.
And now I’m going to share how I did it.
