• Looking for a quick review of an SOP or workflow or need feedback on a process? Hourly could be your best bet.
• Need ongoing support, dedicated project hours, or have a complex problem to wrangle into submission? Putting me on a retainer gives you dedicated hours and priority over my hourly scheduling.
• Got a lot planned and really need in-depth, dedicated implementation support but don’t have a long-term budget for a new hire just yet? I’m happy to partner with you as an independent contractor in a leadership or management role as well. We can partner month-to-month or even for a full year!
• Or, maybe you just need a ‘special projects’ guy. This option keeps your current staff on task and gives you the ability to try new initiatives without losing core revenue generation time. My retainers are great for that as well.

The pricing above (particularly the basic retainer) reflects cost for dedicated hours and takes project scope into consideration. When we draft our fractional scope of work and contract, you get peace of mind that the cost will never fluctuate without your express knowledge—before it happens. There will never be surprises or hidden fees. This protects your cash flow and gives you predictable costs.

I also provide a guarantee that you can end our relationship with no hassle and no hard feelings. The monthly retainer and yearly contract both come with a minimum usage clause, but it is simple and agreed to up front. This protects both our interests without the need to get into (potentially) lengthy and expensive legal situations.
